INTERROIR

Dark ruby red colour. The nose is showing ripe complex aromas of blackberries, berries of the forest, black cherries, cassis, a touch of rose aromas and tried plums. The palate is very fruit driven with berries of the forest, blackberries, cherries and expressive rose aromas. Ripe and delicate tannins, perfectly balanced body with a long fruit driven finish.

Alc.: 13.5%vol.
Maturation: stainless steel tanks and neutral big oak casks
Terroir: marl, sandy to slightly loam containing soils; flat to lightly hilly vineyards; warm and windy climate
Region: Goriska Brda (next to Colio)
Food pairing: sautéed calf´s liver, roast pork, creamy chanterelle mushrooms, Italian pasta, rabbit and cooked beef
