INTERROIR

Bright yellow colour with a green tinge. Very intensive aromas of kiwi, goosberries, cassis, stonefruits and pink grapefruit. The palate is fine structured with a perfect side by side of fruit and minerality. Kiwi, gooseberries, cassis, stonefruits and pink grapefruit with lemon citrus notes. Very long finish with minerality, lemon citrus and pink grapefruit.

Maturation: 100% in stainless steel tanks
Terroir: limestone, marl, some loam; steep hills with good insolation
