INTERROIR

Straw yellow colour. Intensive, fruity nose with ripe exotic aromas; banana, peach, honeydew melon, blossom honey, vanilla and figs. The palate is fine structured and elegant. Ripe exotic fruits with banana, mango, papaya and a touch of pomegranate; very well balanced with a soft and perfectly integrated acidity. Long finish with a perfect side by side of fruit and minerality.
